Taiwan Excellence Launches Europe wide Runner Search for Berlin Marathon
Taiwan’s marketing initiative laces up for the 2023 BMW Berlin Marathon by recruiting recreational runners to run the world-famous marathon as part of Team Taiwan Excellence
Munich/Taipei, 21 June 2023 - Taiwan Excellence, official partner of the 49th BMW Berlin Marathon, is actively seeking 15 enthusiastic runners from all over Europe to participate in the renowned marathon in Germany's capital on 24 September. The campaign slogan, "Run with Taiwan. Strive for Excellence," perfectly captures the spirit of the event, inspiring long-distance runners to pursue their goals with determination. This is the first time that the Bureau of Foreign Trade (BOFT), Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) and the Taiwan External Trade Development Council (TAITRA) are extending their campaign for the BMW Berlin Marathon to reach audiences in central, eastern, and western European countries.

Strive for Excellence” reaches out to recreational runners from across Europe, encouraging them to run the Berlin marathon as part of Team Taiwan Excellence.

A campaign featuring online and offline activities will launch across various marketing channels, with a specific focus on engaging runners in Germany, the Czech Republic, and Poland. The highlight will be a press event taking place on Saturday, 23 September at the Taiwan Excellence Pavilion.
