Amsterdam, 4 March 2011 - at the most recent shareholders' meeting, the
shareholders of Curcho Capital SE (German Sec. No. WKN: A1C8PY / ISIN:
DE000A1C8PY2 / Symbol: LCP) agreed on a change of the company name to
Vegas77 Entertainment SE. The company's trading symbol on the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange remains unchanged.
The shares of Vegas 77 Entertainment SE were successfully listed for
trading on 3 March 2011 on the Frankfurt Stock exchange. Price at first
notice was EUR8.00.
