Vantex Cancels Deal With Animiki Resources Inc.
(firmenpresse) - LA PRAIRIE, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 01/04/12 -- The management of Vantex Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: VAX)(ALPHA: VAX)(FRANKFURT: UD7A) announces that the Company had to cancel the deal with Animiki Resources Inc.. This transaction was disclosed in a press release dated November 26, 2010.
Animiki was unable to raise the funds necessary to list their company on the TSX Venture Exchange. Therefore, Vantex will not be able to proceed with the Animiki share distribution to Vantex shareholders.
Neither TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
