New Book Helps People Take Control of Health by Taking Control of Circulation
Circulation Domination! Focuses Deep on Circulatory Health for Healing, Thriving and Excelling

(firmenpresse) - BALTIMORE, MD -- (Marketwire) -- 01/11/12 -- A new book released for sale on January 4, 2012, helps people of all ages and fitness levels take control of their health and well-being by focusing on improving circulatory health. While many health and fitness books are geared toward one particular health issue, "Circulation Domination!" helps improve a variety of issues by concentrating on life's core element -- circulation.
With contributions from certified physician Dr. Beth Comeau and certified Pilates and Feldenkrais method instructor and fitness center owner Janice Long, author Kris McCurry explores the many factors in nutrition, lifestyle and physical activity that contribute to poor circulation. Poor circulation in turn contributes to a variety of health issues including heart health, sexual health, depression, and more.
"In 2009, I took my own journey from fatigue, mild depression and a sedentary lifestyle to renewed energy, fitness and happiness. Along the way I became intrigued by how improving diet and physical activity improved not only my weight, but a variety of other items as well," stated author Kris McCurry. "After doing research, it quickly became apparent that much like a flower needs water to thrive, every cell in our body needs healthy blood flow. Because most popular fitness books only focus on healing one ailment such as obesity or depression, the idea for a book intrigued me, and became something I felt strongly about writing."
"Circulation Domination!" is a helpful guide to achieving better overall health and fitness, and begins with an education on how healthy blood flow makes its way to every cell in our body (Circulation Education). Additional chapters in the book focus on:
Contributing factors to poor circulation (Circulation Deterioration)
Health issues caused by poor circulation (Circulation Causation)
Assessing your circulation Risk Factor (Circulation Attention)
How diet affects circulatory health (Circulation Nutrition)
Ways to improve circulation through diet (Circulation Purification)
Ways to improve circulation through physical activity (Circulation Activation)
How to accelerate healthy circulation (Circulation Acceleration)
Ongoing ways to ensure lifetime circulation health (Circulation Retention)
