Woodbridge International Welcomes New Business Development VP for Brazil

(firmenpresse) - NEW HAVEN, CT -- (Marketwire) -- 01/17/12 -- Adriano Duarte has joined Woodbridge International as the firm's Vice President/Business Development-Brazil. A native Brazilian, Adriano will be based in Woodbridge's New Haven office and focus on developing new business in Brazil, as well as serving existing clients based in Brazil.
Prior to joining Woodbridge, Adriano worked as an accountant for FX Concepts in New York City, a company that manages foreign exchange risk. His areas of specialization include investment analysis, corporate finance and international business. In addition to Portuguese, he is fluent in several other European languages. Adriano holds a BA in Business Administration from Baruch College.
Woodbridge International provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to the Brazilian market from its office in Sao Paulo, which is led by Senior M&A Advisors David Denton and Ivan Avila. The firm expects a significant increase in M&A mandates involving Brazilian middle-market companies.
