Riverstone Grants Incentive Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/24/12 -- Riverstone Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: RVS)(OTCQX: RVREF)(FRANKFURT: 3RV) (the "Company") has, in accordance with the Company's Stock Option Plan, granted incentive stock options to the Company's new Vice President of Engineering to purchase an aggregate of 750,000 common shares at a price of $0.67 per share for a five year period, beginning on the date of commencement of employment, at which time further details will be announced. This grant of stock options is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
