Haldane McCall PLC announces debts for equity negotiation
Lagos, January 26, 2012
Haldane McCall PLC opens negotiation with its lenders.
The Group has commences negotiations with its lenders to convert its debts
into equity. This will allow the group to retain its current financing
costs, thereby impacting cash flow, earnings and future investments drive.
Subject to agreed timetable with consultants the negotiation will be
concluded by the middle of the second quarter.
Haldane McCall PLC owns and operates among others, the Best Western Hotel
Brand in Nigeria, Suru Express Hotels in West Africa, Johnson Product of
Nigeria , Suru Homes Limited and Independent Prolific Micro Finance Bank.
