Annual General Meeting, Curcas Oil N.V.
Amsterdam, 10 February, 2012: The Curcas Oil N.V. annual general meeting
was held on January 30, 2012 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The agenda was
comprised of eight points of business. All proposals put forth by
management were accepted unanimously. In addition to the standard
resolutions which were passed, the shareholders also approved a resolution
allowing for issuance of new stock for placement with potential new
strategic investors.
'We are extremely pleased with the results of the annual general meeting
and especially with the approval by our shareholders for the increase of
our equity-capital base from 12,410,589 by an additional 37,589,411 shares.
More over the AGM accepted, that a potential strategic investor can buy
35,000,000 shares. We are currently in discussions with a potential new
strategic investor who has already expressed interest in the newly created
shares. ', said Kurt Stüssi, Chairman of the Board of Curcas Oil.
