resource estimate on the company's Escalones copper-gold project in Chile, Brien

The estimate pegs Escalone's inferred resources at 420 million tonnes of
mineralized material, containing 3.8 million pounds of copper, 56.9 million
pounds of moly, 610,000 ounces of gold and 16.8 million ounces of silver. The
estimate assumes a 0.2% copper-equivalent grade and a long-term copper price of
approximately $2.50 per pound.
The deposit outlined at Escalones is open laterally and down dip and according
to Brien Lundin lies within a world class mining district in Chile. That
district hosts the nearby El Teniente, the largest underground copper mine on
the planet. A Phase II drilling program will soon be underway, with drilling
scheduled to be complete by April, and should run to about 7,000 metres.
The Gold Newsletter's initial and ongoing buy recommendations for South American
Silver were initially based on Malku Khota, the company's Bolivia-based silver-
indium-gallium project, which the company is advancing to the prefeasibility
level.

have the recipe for one severely under-valued company. It remains a strong buy."
