Pursuant to Navamedic private placement implemented in February 2012 the
following primary insiders in Navamedic ASA have been allocated shares:

Johan Reinsli (Harding Invest AS), Chairman, has acquired 22 200 shares. Total
holdings after the allocation is 244 400 shares (2.95%).

Masha Strømme (Marlena Holding AS), board member in Navamedic, has acquired
40 000 shares. Total holdings after the allocation is 80 000 shares (0.97%).

Benedicte Fossum (Mittas AS), board member in Navamedic, has acquired 22 500
shares. Total holdings after the allocation is 52 500 shares (0.63%).

Halvor Stenstadvold (Utgar AS), board member in Navamedic, has acquired 5 000
shares. Total holdings after the allocation is 24 000 shares (0.29%).

Svein Erik Nicolaysen, board member in Navamedic, has acquired 4 000 shares.
Total holdings after the allocation is 44 000 shares (0.53%).

Bjørn Lindholt (Zeppo AS) CFO in Navamedic, has acquired 4 000 shares. Total
holdings after the allocation is 38 000 shares (0.46%).
