("Summer Infant" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: SUMR) today announced that it will host a conference call to discuss financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2011 on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Summer Infant will announce its financial results for this period in a press release before the market opens on February 28, 2012.
