Haldane McCall PLC appoints RENELL Wertpapierhandelsbank AG as the Entry
Standard upgrade agent.
Haldane McCall PLC today confirms the appointment of RENELL
Wertpapierhandelsbank AG, Schillerstrasse 2, 60313 Frankfurt am Main, as
its Entry Standard upgrade agent.
This follows the resolution passed at its last AGM to submit an application
to upgrade its listing from the Regulated Unofficial Market / First
Quotation Board on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
to the Entry Standard.
Subjects to regulatory approval Haldane McCall PLC expects its shares to be
admitted to the Entry Standard by second quarter end.
