Nevada Sunrise Grants Incentive Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 03/13/12 -- Nevada Sunrise Gold Corporation ("Nevada Sunrise" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: NEV) is pleased to announce that it has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, and employees of the Company to purchase up to 2.425 million common shares in the capital stock of the Company pursuant to its shareholder approved stock option plan. All of the options are fully-vested and are exercisable at a price of $0.22 per common share, expiring on March 13, 2017.
