January 1 - December 31, 2009

·          Group revenues amounted to SEK 2,392 M (1,184). This represents an
increase of 102% compared with the same period in 2008. The increase is mainly
due to acquired operations.

·          Operating profit in the Group amounted to SEK 423 M (612). Profit
after net financial items amounted to
SEK 671 M (163).

·          Profit for the year amounted to SEK 701 M (170). Earnings per share
amounted to SEK 4.52 (1.17) before and after dilution.

·          The ICA Group's revenues increased by 4.1%. Operating profit amounted
to SEK 2,713 M (2,117).

·          The Board of Directors proposes a dividend be paid of SEK 6.00 (5.00)
per common share.

October 1 - December 31, 2009

·          Group revenues amounted to SEK 1,020 M (323). The increase is mainly
due to acquired operations.

·          Operating profit in the Group amounted to SEK 208 M (188). Profit
after net financial items amounted to
SEK 242 M (-16).

·          Profit for the period amounted to SEK 231 M (-10). Earnings per share
amounted to SEK 1.46 (-0.04).

·          The ICA Group's revenues increased by 1.9%. Operating profit amounted
to SEK 929 M (515).
