Oriola-KD Corporation Stock Exchange Release 10 April 2012 at 9.00 a.m.

Mr. Jukka Niemi, Vice President, Pharmaceutical Wholesale Finland and the
Baltics, and member of Oriola-KD's Group Management Team leaves Oriola-KD and
the position of managing director of Oriola Oy on 1 May 2012.

The search for Jukka Niemi's successor starts immediately. Eero Hautaniemi,
President & CEO of Oriola-KD Corporation, assumes the position of acting Vice
President, Pharmaceutical Wholesale Finland and the Baltics as of 1 May 2012.
