Vantex Cancels and Grants Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - LA PRAIRIE, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 05/03/12 -- The management of Vantex Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: VAX)(FRANKFURT: UD7A)(ALPHA: VAX) announces today the cancelation of 1,500,000 additional stock options. This cancelation is added to the previously announced 1,950,000 canceled stock options on April 30, 2012.
The board of directors also awarded 1,550,000 new options for recently appointed officers, directors and technical advisors. These options are priced at $0.10 and are valid for 5 years. They are not subject to shareholder approval. The detail of the grants and cancelations can be viewed on .
Vantex now has 7,165,000 outstanding options or 11.4 % of issued shares.
