Kimmo Virtanen appointed Executive Vice President of Oriola-KD's Pharmaceutical Wholesale businesses in Finland, Sweden and the Baltics and Managing Director of Oriola Oy

Oriola-KD continues to work on strategic projects of Pharmaceutical Wholesale to
enhance efficiency, improve quality and develop services to customers. To
strengthen these efforts Kimmo Virtanen, M.Sc. (Econ), has been appointed to the
position of Executive Vice President of Pharmaceutical Wholesale businesses in
Finland, Sweden and the Baltics and Managing Director of Oriola Oy as of 15 May
2012.

Kimmo Virtanen will be responsible for Pharmaceutical Wholesale in Finland,
Sweden and the Baltics, strategic development programs in Russia, Group's IM and
Logistics & Quality Development functions. He continues to serve as deputy to
the President and CEO of Oriola-KD and as Oriola-KD Group Management Team
member. Kimmo Virtanen has served Oriola-KD as CFO since 2006 and as Executive
Vice President and CFO since 2008.

Kimmo Virtanen continues as CFO of Oriola-KD until the new CFO is appointed.
