Klövern repurchase own shares

Klövern AB (publ) has at 30 May 2012 repurchased 6,000,000 common shares at a
share price of SEK 23.10.
The acquisition means that Klövern's current holdings of repurchased shares
amount to 11,806,705 common shares and 143,536 preference shares, corresponding
to 6.7 per cent of the total number of registered shares. The total number of
registered shares amount to 178,319,723, of wich 166,544,360 common shares and
11,775,363 preference shares.
