LifeWatch Shareholders' Group invites shareholders to a public information
event in Zurich on June 7, 2012
Zurich, June 1, 2012 - The LifeWatch Shareholders' Group, currently holding
a stake of more than 19% of LifeWatch shares, proposes to the Ordinary
General Meeting to form a new Board. A new Board of Directors with a
majority of newly elected Directors with broad industry expertise will
warrant a swift implementation of Best Practice Corporate Governance and a
professional execution of the LifeWatch's strategy - that is fundamentally
well-positioned - in existing as well as new markets.
In order to present and explain in detail the suggested measures as well
as the voting procedure at the Ordinary General Meeting to be held on 28
June, 2012 and to clarify any proxy related issues the LifeWatch
Shareholders' Group organizes a public information event for shareholders.
The event will take place on
Thursday, 7 June 2012, 17:00 CET
Restaurant Au Premier (in the main station), Room Alcina
8001 Zürich
The representatives of the LifeWatch Shareholders' Group will guide through
the event. At the same time, the LifeWatch Shareholders' Group would like
to provide an opportunity to the current Board of Directors to present
their views and hence would really welcome their participation.
