Navigator Equity Solutions SE announces change to Board of Management
Waalre, June 5, 2012 - Navigator Equity Solutions SE announces a change to
its Board of Management. Dr. Michael Hasenstab has announced his
resignation from the Board of Directors with immediate effect at his own
request. Dr. Hasenstab has left the company on good terms, in order to
focus on his position as a Member of the Board of The ACON Group SE and
ACON Actienbank AG, both subsidiaries of Navigator Equity Solutions SE.
In his function as a Board Member of The ACON Group SE, Dr. Hasenstab will
continue to work closely with Navigator Equity Solutions SE in the future.
After the resignation, the Board of Directors comprises one member. The
Supervisory Board thanks Dr. Michael Hasenstab for its commitment to the
company. Currently, it is not intended to appoint a new member to the
management board to take Dr. Hasenstab's position. The managing director
Robert Käßconsequently will take over Dr. Hasenstab's duties and tasks.
