Corporate News: Navigator Equity Solutions SE announces 2013 first half
results - substantial revenue and earnings growth!
Waalre, September 26, 2013- Navigator Equity Solutions SE is pleased to
announce its financial results for the first half of 2013.
In the first half year of 2013, Navigator Equity Solutions SE generated
total (net) revenues of 9.6m euros (1st HY 2012: 8.9m euros). The gross
margin incrased significantly to 6.5m euros (1st HY 2012:: 5.6m euros), an
incease of 16.1%. The Group's operating result (EBIT) amounted to 0.1m
euros (1st HY 2012: -0.2m euros). Earnings after taxes (EBIT) rose
sharply to 0.1m euros (1st HY 2012: -0.9m euros).
As of June 30, 2013, the Navigator Equity Solutions SE balance sheet total
amounted to 7.3m euros (2012: 7.4m euros). The group's total fixed assets
increased to 1.4m euros (2012: 0.6m euros). Current assets decreased from
6.8m euros at the end of December, 2012, to 5.8m euros. Total equity is
nearly unchanged and amounted to 3.8m euros.
Based on the developments in the first half of the year and the current
market situation, we expect to achieve an increase in consolidated revenues
for the current financial year with higher consolidated earnings. The
continuing solid net assets and financial position of the Navigator Equity
Solutions SE provides a healthy basis for the successful implementation of
the planned expansion measures. Our participations expanded their business
in all important regions, and significantly improved their profitability.
We are optimistic about prospects for the second half of the year thanks to
this strong performance and a satisfactory order intake.
The growth target defined by Navigator Equity Solutions SE remains
unchanged. Based on the half year results, we keep expecting total revenues
in the Group at around 20.0m euros for the whole year and adhere of
reaching a positive result. We are very optimistic about the future
business and believe to continue our growth path and achieve our set
operational goals at the end of the year.
