Pöyry has agreed to sell Pöyry Romania SRL to the company's management

Pöyry has agreed to sell the entire share capital of Pöyry Romania SRL to the
company's management. Parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction price.
The closing of the transaction is subject to the registration in the Trade
Register, which is expected in July 2012.
Pöyry acquired the company which was then called Consilier Construct Srl in
early 2008. Pöyry Romania's focus has been on the transportation market and it
has also been active in the water and environment sector as well as the building
sector. The company has 70 employees and it is part of Pöyry's Urban business
group. Pöyry Romania SRL will be excluded from Pöyry's financial reporting as of
30 June 2012 with only a minor impact.
