Pöyry PLC's Board of Directors has decided that the Annual General Meeting will
be held on Thursday, 7 March 2013.
Pöyry PLC will observe silent time prior to announcing its results. The silent
time periods in 2013 are as follows:
Financial statement release: When the result of November is known to the company
and until 5 February 2013
Interim report January - March: 2 - 23 April 2013
Interim report January - June: 2 - 23 July 2013
Interim report January - September: 7 - 28 October 2013
