Veidekke to build homes for Thon in Lørenskog
(Thomson Reuters ONE) -
Veidekke Entreprenør AS has been awarded the contract to build 83 new flats
close to Lørenskog Storsenter (formerly Triaden). The principal is Olav Thon
Gruppen through Thongård AS. The buildings total approx. 10,500 square metres
and building will be carried out as a turnkey contract. Total value of the
contracts is approx. NOK 145 million excluding VAT.
The project comprises three buildings from four to eight storeys built on top of
a joint parking cellar. The buildings will have pile foundations directly on
bedrock. They will be built in concrete with façades of plaster, wood and
glass/windows.
Work has already started and is to be completed in Q3 and Q4 2013.
