new long term supply agreement (Multi-Year VIII Contract)

The US subsidiary Pankl Aerospace Systems Inc. received from Sikorsky
Aircraft a new multi-year order to supply the main rotor driveshafts of the
H-60 Programme better known as the 'Blackhawk' (Multi-Year VIII LTA PO).
This order is one of the first which Sikorsky awarded for the MY8
Programme. Pankl will be the single source supplier for the main rotor
driveshafts. The contract runs until 2017 and will have a value of USD 20m.
CEO Wolfgang Plasser: 'This contract is a further major milestone for Pankl
Aerospace Systems and evidences Pankl's outstanding achievements in serving
Sikorsky so far. In the past years we have become a top supplier also in
the aerospace business through consistent quality and on time deliveries'.
