HUIZHOU CITY, CHINA; 2 JULY 2012: Greater China Precision Components
Limited ('GCPC') wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting
('AGM') of GCPC held on 30 June 2012, all resolutions as set out in the
Notice of AGM dated 15 May 2012 were duly passed. Besides tabling the
audited financial statements at the AGM, the members also approve the
re-election of Directors, re-appointment of Auditors, payment of Directors'
fee and payment of first and final dividend.
Member Record and Dividend Payment Dates
GCPC also wishes to inform that the approved first and final dividend will
be paid on 3 August, 2012 based on a member record date of 10 July, 2012.
