Project Management Book Released

This new book is aimed at helping project managers and teams to deliver projects on time and under budget. The book, written by Jason Westland the CEO and founder of Method123.com aims to help managers improve the way they run projects by following a simple step-by-step process.

While the book is intended to be priced shortly at $19.95 in the Amazon store, it is currently being given away for free for a limited time. It complements the kit which is offered at Method123.com, by providing a template for every step in the project life-cycle.
