Royal Oak to List on CNSX

("Royal Oak" of the "Company") is pleased to announce that its application to list the Company's common voting shares and non-voting shares on the Canadian National Stock Exchange (the "CNSX") has been approved. The common voting shares and non-voting shares of the Company will begin trading on the CNSX at the commencement of trading on Wednesday, July 4, 2012, under the symbols "ROV" and "ROV.B," respectively.
Royal Oak Ventures Inc. is an investment holding company and its principal business relates to its investment holdings. Royal Oak's investment portfolio consists principally of equity and debt securities.
