Total number of outstanding shares in Klövern AB 31 July 2012

Klövern AB (publ) issued 448,000 preference shares 9 July 2012 as partial
payment for the acquisition of shares in Diös Fastigheter AB (publ).

After the registration of a new issue, the total numbers of the registered
shares in Klövern amounts to 179,230,723, of which 166,544,360 common shares
(KLOV SE0000331225) and 12,686,363 preference shares (KLOV PREF SE0004390037). A
common share confers one vote and a preference share confers one-tenth of a
vote.

Of the total number of registered shares in Klövern the Company has repurchased
9,067,027 common shares and 143,536 preference shares. The total number of
outstanding shares is 170,020,160 as of 31 July 2012.
