Klövern increases its shareholding in Diös
(Thomson Reuters ONE) -
Klövern AB (publ) has acquired additional 4,412,900 shares in Diös Fastigheter
AB (publ). After the acquisition, Klövern will own 8,412,900 shares,
corresponding to 11.3 per cent of the total number of shares in Diös.
The acquisition will be mainly paid for by newly issued preference shares in
Klövern. The shares in Diös have been taken possession of and the preference
shares in Klövern will be issued by 30 September 2012.
"Klövern has wished to obtain more equity by issuing preference shares", says
Klövern's CEO Rutger Arnhult. "This will increase our market capitalization and
further enhance our financial strength."
