TRADING OF ALMA MEDIA CORPORATION'S 2006C OPTIONS BEGINS
Trading of the 2006C options issued by Alma Media Corporation in 2008 will begin
on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Oy. The first trading date will be April 1, 2010.
Each 2006C option entitles to the subscription of one (1) Alma Media Corporation
share (ALN1V) starting on April 1, 2009. The subscription price is EUR 8.36 per
share at the beginning of the subscription period.
The original number of 2006C options was 520,000, with 50,000 returned to the
company. At the moment, the total number of options is 470,000.
The subscription time for the 2006C options is from April 1, 2010 to April
30, 2012. The subscription place for the 2006C options is Nordea Pankki Suomi
Oyj (Nordea Bank Finland Plc).
