Munich, March 24, 2010 - The Supervisory Board of LUDWIG BECK AG (ISIN DE
005199905) appointed Mr. Christian Greiner (31) as member of the Executive
Board for purchase, sale and marketing (Chief Operating Officer) with
effect as of January 1, 2011. He is to succeed Oliver Haller who will leave
the company on December 31, 2010 at his own request and in mutual amicable
agreement with the company.
Christian Greiner was the Managing Director of 'U1 by Wöhrl', a 'Concept
Store Format' of the Nuremberg fashion company WÖHRL specializing in trend
fashions and life style. The trendy concept composed of fashion, life style
and music elements was mainly coined by Mr. Greiner. Currently, Mr. Greiner
acts as Managing Director of INTRO Retail&Media GmbH.
In May 2008, Mr. Greiner was elected to the Supervisory Board of LUDWIG
BECK AG. He will resign from his office as of December 31, 2010.
