The member of Pöyry's Group Executive Committee and Chief Financial Officer
(CFO), Mr Esa Ikäheimonen will leave Pöyry to join another company. Esa
Ikäheimonen will carry on his duties as CFO and member of the Group Executive
Committee of Pöyry during a transition period, however, not longer than
September 30, 2010. The process to find a successor has been started.
