PÖYRY PLC Company Announcement 23 April 2010 at 3.00 p.m.
The Deputy to the Chief Financial Officer, M. Sc. (Econ.) Johan Brink has been
appointed to take over the Chief Financial Officer's duties on a temporary
basis. As announced on 7 April 2010 Mr Esa Ikäheimonen, CFO, will leave Pöyry to
join another company.
