Douglas, Isle of Man, 31 October 2012: Haldane McCall PLC (Frankfurt: WKN A1J3U8, HMK1), a European company that invests in emerging markets in Africa, provides a listing-update.
The company is pleased to be able to inform all shareholders that, in parallel to the application for the Entry Standard in Frankfurt, the request for listing on other German Stock Exchanges through the Wertpapierhandelsbank Peter Koch GmbH has been asked before.
Basically, a listing on 1 - 2 renowned German regional exchanges and in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will be sought. By filing the prospectus, the company is the fulfillment of all criteria for listing in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange a step closer.
In addition, the company plans in 2013, an additional listing on the London Stock Exchange to emphasize the international orientation of the company and to take care an increasing interest from international investors.
