April 30, 2010  Northland Resources S.A. (Northland) reports that during April
2010, 3,600,000 incentive stock options were granted and 361,500 options were
exercised.  There are now a total of 9,985,000 incentive stock options
outstanding.

During the month 25,000 shares were issued in relation to option exercises; the
issuance of 336,500 shares in relation to option exercises is pending.  As at
April 30, 2010, the issued share capital of Northland is 110,662,399 shares, and
the total fully diluted share capital is 120,983,899 shares.
