THIN - Grant of subscription rights

The board of directors of Thin Film Electronics ASA ("Thinfilm") resolved on 6
May 2010 to grant 200,000 subscription rights ("SRs") to VP of Communication and
Investor Relations Geir Aase. The grant was made under Thinfilm's 2009
Subscription Rights Incentive Plan as resolved at Thinfilm's annual general
meeting on 6 May 2009.
The exercise price of the SRs is NOK 1.09 per share. 25 per cent of the SRs vest
at each anniversary from the date of the grant. The SRs expire on 6 May 2014.
