LAMBDA TD Software Shows Best Quarterly Results in 2012
Capital Increase and Reverse Stock Split To Further Attract Institutional Investors
LAS VEGAS (NV), November 21, 2012: LAMBDA TD Software Inc. (FRANKFURT, Symbol: XLS, ISIN: US51327T1051, WKN: A0YJT2) today announced independently audited financial results for the 3rd quarter of 2012. LAMBDA recorded quarterly sales of USD $906,564, with Gross Profit of USD $813,851 and Net Income of USD $708,935. These are LAMBDA’s best quarterly financial results yet. LAMBDA is on track to double last year’s revenue, with annual sales expected to exceed USD $3,100,000, and annual net income expected to exceed USD $2,200,000 by the end of this year.
Robert M. Corcoran, CEO of LAMBDA TD Software, comments, “We are very excited. Our company has reached a self-sustaining milestone in revenue generation. We have spent a considerable amount of time and energy this year in building up our infrastructure. We have in place the best management team since we started back in 2004 as a privately owned and operated company to where we are today. And our company is free of debt today. 2012 is our best year yet and we have positioned LAMBDA to be able to roll aggressively into 2013.”
LAMBDA has several major projects in the pipeline. LAMBDA has just installed its ”Cloud Kiosk” into an international law firm’s Las Vegas offices, is in the process of installing it in several movie theaters of a nationwide chain, and is negotiating with the Great Parks Neighborhoods Project in Irvine, California and several other builders who have as many as 12 new projects in the Southern California area slated to start in 2013. LAMBDA has also been meeting with several major shopping mall property management companies and have received overall favorable acceptance of the “Cloud Kiosk” product and is working closely with key people for the construction of the USD $1 Billion Grand Canyon Navajo Indian Project and another Native American project on Gila River Indian Reservation between Phoenix and Tucson.
LAMBDA TD Software Inc. also announced today that it has completed a capital increase of USD $490,000 in order to accelerate its development. The capital increase was implemented by the issuance of 3,266,667 shares at par value of USD $0.15. Furthermore, LAMBDA also announced today a 1-for-150 reverse stock split in order to make LAMBDA’s stock trading more attractive to institutional investors. No actions are required by current LAMBDA shareholders, since the share conversion will automatically go into effect within the next weeks. LAMBDA TD Software shares will continue trading on Deutsche Boerse under its ticker symbol “xls”, but will have the new ISIN US51327T2042. The reverse stock split is currently being executed by LAMBDA’s paying agent VEM Aktienbank AG. When the reverse stock split becomes effective, each 150 shares of LAMBDA TD Software will automatically be converted into one share of LAMBDA TD Software. LAMBDA shares will then immediately begin trading on a split adjusted basis on the First Quotation Board of Deutsche Boerse in Frankfurt.
