Heliocentris completes capital increase successfully with gross proceeds of
EUR 2.6m
Berlin, 22 November 2012 - Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG has
successfully completed its capital increase for cash contributions. The
capital increase was carried out from the authorized capital without
subscription rights and was resolved on 12 / 19 November 2012. A total of
436,680 non-par value registered shares at a subscription price of EUR 6.00
per share were acquired by institutional investors. As a result,
Heliocentris received gross proceeds (before expenses) from the issue in an
amount of EUR 2.62m which are to be used for further expansion of the
business. The transaction was handled by Lang&Schwarz.
