Subscription for Ekosem-Agrar corporate bond starts 26 November 2012

Walldorf, 23 November 2012 - Monday, 26 November 2012, marks the start of
the subscription period for the corporate bond offered by Ekosem-Agrar
GmbH, the German holding company of Russian milk producer Ekoniva Group.
The agricultural bond II (WKN: A1R0RZ / ISIN: DE000A1R0RZ5) offers a fixed
annual coupon of 8.5% and has a term of six years. The bond is planned to
be listed in the Bondm segment of the Stuttgart Stock Exchange. Orders from
institutional investors can be placed with equinet Bank AG, Frankfurt/Main,
acting as lead manager and bookrunner of the transaction. Retail investors
may subscribe to the bond, which has a nominal value of EUR 1,000, through
banks and online brokers by sending a buying order to the Stuttgart Stock
Exchange by 5 December, this deadline being subject to early completion of
the subscription.
Stefan Dürr, Managing Director and main shareholder of the Group, says:
'The agricultural sector is currently one of the most important trends for
investors. This has been confirmed by the positive talks we had during our
roadshow. Being the third-largest milk producer in an undersupplied market,
we are looking at excellent growth opportunities in this promising sector.'
The planned bond volume of EUR 60 million will serve to optimise the
company's financing structure and to fund its future growth. The company
plans to increase its farmland from 173,000 hectares to just under 240,000
hectares and to more than double its dairy cow stock from 13,850 to over
30,000 animals by the year 2015.
