Sandvika, May 11, 2010: Further to the ongoing subscription period in the
Renewable Energy Corporation ASA ("REC") rights issue, the attached document
gives an overview of purchases and sales of subscription rights and
subscriptions for REC shares carried out by primary insiders in REC and the
primary insiders' related parties. The sale of shares, sales and purchases of
subscription rights and the subscriptions for new shares included in the
overview were conducted yesterday, May 10, 2010.
