("Cogitore") (TSX VENTURE: WOO) Resources Inc. announces that it has retained David Ellis as an Investor Relations Consultant to provide investor and broker liaison and to increase awareness of Cogitore within the investment community. Mr. Ellis has performed investor relations services for numerous mining exploration companies over the past 17 years." Compensation will consist of $2,500 per month.
