(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/29/12 -- Continental Precious Minerals Inc. (TSX: CZQ) (the "Company" or "Continental") announced that pursuant to an application it commenced in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on October 19, 2012 (as noted in the information circular dated October 26, 2012), a number of interim matters that affect the application hearing and the previously announced December 20, 2012 meeting remain outstanding and have yet to be determined by the Court. Consequently, in addition to seeking the resolution of these matters by the Court, the Company will seek guidance from the Court to establish a timeline for a new meeting.
