Addtech acquires Vallin Baltic AS and Vallin Baltic SIA

Addtech Energy, a business area in the Addtech Group, has today signed an
agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Vallin Baltic AS and Vallin
Baltic SIA.

Vallin Baltic AS and Vallin Baltic SIA are technology trading companies,
providing products for electrical installations with measure systems belonging
to it as well as telecom equipment in the Baltic countries. Vallin Baltic AS is
active in Estonia and Vallin Baltic SIA has operations in Latvia and Lithuania.
The Vallin Baltic companies represents global leading suppliers within its
product areas and commands a solid position in the Baltic market in its customer
and product segments

Vallin Baltic AS and Vallin Baltic SIA will complement Addtech's operations
carried on within the business unit Energy Products. The Vallin Baltic companies
has 20 employees and sales of around SEK 50 million.

The closing is estimated to take place in the beginning of December 2012. The
acquisition is estimated to have a marginally positive effect on Addtech's
earnings per share during the current financial year.
