Lumina Announces Grant of Options

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/11/12 -- Lumina Copper Corp. (TSX VENTURE: LCC) ("Lumina") announces that, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, it has granted incentive stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Company to purchase up to an aggregate of 630,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $7.88 per share, will expire on December 11, 2017, and will vest in three equal parts over the first two years after grant.
