ALUMIFUEL INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES PLANS FOR CONTINUED TRADING AND LISTING
FOLLOWING CLOSURE OF FRANKFURT STOCK EXCHANGE - FIRST QUOTATION BOARD
PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania, 12 December 2012. - AlumiFuel Power
International, Inc. ('AlumiFuel International') (Deutsche Börse Frankfurt
Stock Exchange '9AP'), announced today its plan for continued trading and
listing following closure of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, First Quotation
Board, effective 15 December 2012.
The Company has determined that at its current stage of corporate
development it will be unable to meet the more stringent and rigorous
listing standards for the remaining market segments of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange. Consequently it is currently planning to file an application for
listing on the GXG Global Exchange, London. The GXG Global Exchange is a
European regulated market under the supervision of the Danish supervisory
authorities and is structured in market segments for early stage and
smaller companies. The Company's goal is to upgrade at the earliest
possible time to the Regulated Market Segment of the GXG that qualifies for
a dual listing on the Deutsche Börse and thereby trade on Xetra.
Also, in the interim, the Company plans to provide a venue where its shares
will be traded through a listing on the non-exchange online trading
platform, tickFX (www.tickfx.com). In addition, plans are to engage a
German broker to function as an intermediary to optimize operation
efficiency.
