Nevada Sunrise Disclosure Correction
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/14/12 -- Nevada Sunrise Gold Corporation (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: NEV) reports that the disclosure made regarding our new Director, Michael Sweatman, in the News Release dated December 4, 2012 was incorrect and should have read as follows: Mr. Sweatman is a Chartered Accountant and operates MDS Management Ltd., a Vancouver-based management consulting company, since November 1992. In addition, Mr. Sweatman serves on a number of reporting companies as director or officer: director of Brownstone Resources Ltd., Mega Precious Metals Inc. (MGP) and several other companies, which are reporting companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He is also a director of Mega Uranium Ltd. (MGA), which is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
He has served as a director and officer of a number of Companies over the past 20 years and is currently CFO of Netco Energy Inc. Mr. Sweatman, obtained his CA designation in 1982 and is a member of the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of both British Columbia and the Yukon Territory. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Commerce in 1982 from Simon Fraser University.
The previous release stated he was an officer and director of Pan American Gold Corp., an officer of Run of River Power Inc. and a director of Glenthorne Enterprises Ltd., all of which he served as a former director or officer.
