(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/19/12 -- Riverstone Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: RVS)(OTCQX: RVREF)(FRANKFURT: 3RV) (the "Company") announces that it granted incentive stock options to employees, officers, consultants and directors of the Company exercisable to purchase an aggregate 4,250,000 common shares in the capital of the Company until December 19, 2017, at an exercise price of $0.62 per share, being the closing market price of the Company's shares as traded on the TSX Venture Exchange on December 18, 2012. The incentive stock options were granted in accordance with the Company's Fixed Number Stock Option Plan.
