Listing on Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange continues to be our focus
Douglas, Isle of Man, 28 December 2012: Haldane McCall PLC (Stuttgart: WKN A1J3U8, HMK1), a European company that invests in emerging markets in Africa ranges, again, a securities prospectus.
The prospectus submitted couple of weeks ago has now been extended as part of the approval process in line with BaFin requirement to update information. This current prospectus, fulfils all the criteria for listing on the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
In addition, the company has already submitted listing applications to the regional exchanges in, Berlin and Hamburg. All applications are currently being processed and the company hopes to prompt positive choices.
In January 2013, the company starts the construction of 1,000 housing units in Majidun, Lagos. Even now over 10% of the apartments are sold.
As announced in November, the company plans to acquire two attractive beach hotels in Gambia with a total of 500 beds. We intend to personally inspect the site in The Gambia hotels and try to finalise the purchase negotiations before the end of Qtr1 2013. With the acquisition of these two hotels on the beach in Gambia, the company would not only increase its revenues significantly, but would also expand alongside existing business hotels in the emerging tourism.
So far from the management accounts derived the company will be in a position to pay all shareholders who are on 31.12.2012 hold the Company's stock a dividend, the amount of which will be set in the next Annual General Meeting which will hold within Qtr 1 2013 after the the publication of the 2012 financial results. All of these will be communicated in due course.
