Klövern to sell properties in Trelleborg

Klövern AB (publ.) has signed an agreement on the sale of two properties in
Trelleborg. The purchase price amounts to SEK 37 million.
The two properties, Hjorten 14 and Snickeriet 10, comprise ca. 5,200 sq. m. The
transfer of the properties will take place on 15 January 2013.
"With this transaction Klövern is leaving Trelleborg and focusing on geographic
concentration, which is completely in line with our strategy," says Klövern's
CEO Rutger Arnhult.
